Responsibilities:
Project set up in Salesforce.com (Appirio)
Work with Project Management team ensure projects are set up as per the contract
Work with Finance and PSO for project set up issues/questions
Verify Contractor hours on projects for billing
Provide follow up support on missing timecards, paperwork, etc.
Qualifications:
Perform multiple tasks effectively
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to details to ensure accuracy of project set up
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
Knowledge of Salesforce.com (Appirio) system
Project Accounting experience
Accounting knowledge
Education Requirement:
College degree or equivalent 3 - 5 year experience
