Public Safety Sales Executive Rave Mobile Safety
Rave Mobile Safety is a leading provider of software safety solutions. Our products are offered on a software-as-a-service basis and keep millions of people safe across the United States. We are seeking an Experienced Public Safety Sales Account Executive to manage the development and revenue growth in various territories across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a Public Safety Sales background, be highly self motivated, and a proven track record of revenue generation at the state and local level. This role will be accountable for and compensated on quarterly revenue/booking targets. This role will be reporting to Vice President of Sales and Operations.
Develop and manage the territory sales strategy for revenue generation in targeted markets.
Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities at the local, regional, and statewide level.
Support partners through entire sales process.
Ensure prospects have up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap and other any other updates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external team members.
5+ years of experience in Public Safety sales and complex selling situations.
High level of knowledge and experience with the software industry preferred.
Strong sales experience a must. Proven sales ability including: pricing, relationship building and management and consultative selling.
Must be highly self motivated and have ability to work independently within company policy, targets and budget.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
50% Domestic Travel Required.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (strong PowerPoint skills desired).
