Job Description
The Publisher Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with current publishers/content providers, increasing ad requests from existing partners, negotiating renewal rate and identify new sources
Responsibilities:
Manage daily delivery of existing publishing partners to ensure contract/commitment fulfillment
Build rapport with partners and be the first line to address any day to day questions
Grow partner ad requests
Upsell platform and create new revenue streams through unique creative formats
Manage one-off publisher set up to ensure campaign delivery
Work with business intelligence to analyze demand and inventory and identify deficiencies and needs
Negotiate renewal rate with existing publishers
Manage publisher onboarding process: paperwork, IOs, etc
Negotiate rich media pricing for RFPs and IOs
Competitive marketplace analysis
Identify new inventory sources
Required Skills
Understanding of mobile advertising industry product, technology
Media planning and buying experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
Track record of setting and achieving success metrics
Entrepreneurial, action-oriented individual who can accomplish goals from start to finish
Proactive, driven, and looking for fast-paced challenging environment
Extremely organized and highly motivated
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills; polished and professional demeanor
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
BA/BS degree required
