The Publisher Account manager will be responsible for supporting our existing strategic publisher accounts. Responsibilities include working with our Publisher Development Managers to manage current publisher relationships, work with our business operations team to secure new inventory from current partners, and ?own the customer? for some of our most strategic accounts. . The position of the Publisher & Platform Account Manager can be characterized as fast-paced, analytical and communicative, which bears significant responsibility and accountability.
Responsible for account growth across 20-30 strategic supply partners
This includes understanding and controlling their supply mix, reporting on bidding activity, onboarding additional usable supply, etc.
Monthly Publisher Report review (dependent on Vertica & Hadoop)
Troubleshoot tag and URL transparency issues.
Manage incoming client requests regarding contractual issues and pricing.
Monitor publisher performance and fillrate and work with publishers to increase both.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and deliver against quarterly account ?rock? priorities.
Thorough understanding of online advertising industry.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, ability to work independently, ability to meet organizational objectives and deadlines, ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as experience in dealing with Senior Executives in a one on one fashion.
Experience of working with Ad Server technology in regards to publisher tags.
Minimum of 2-3 years relevant online advertising experience.
Proficiency in Excel
