We are currently looking for a Publisher Coordinator intern for our New York office.
Job Description:
Provide day to day customer care for our open exchange partners, responding proactively to all internal and external customer inquiries
Deliver a positive, service-focused experience for each customer
Troubleshoot ad serving and ad portal technical problems and escalate issues as needed
Work with finance to respond to customer billing inquiries, reconcile monthly client billing, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with clients around payments.
Maintain ongoing daily revenue chart with new clients and revised contracts
Respond to regular customer billing inquiries and invoice reconciliation issues
Required Skills and Experience
Familiarity with digital media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be proactive, team player, have the ability to multi task as well as the ability to work cross functionally
The desire to delight customers, have empathy for customer situations, and maintain a ?thick skin? while handing complaints
Works accurately, with an eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce.com as well as various email and knowledge management programs such as Contactual, 8x8, or Right Now
Able to use automated information systems to analyze customer situations, including knowledge of client browsers (Chrome/Mozilla/Safari/Internet Explorer)
Knowledge of, or experience with, Fiddler and Firebug
Good understanding of domain names, url?s, and DNS
