Publisher Development Director

This is a highly visible opportunity overseeing the department responsible for cultivating and maintaining our premium publisher portfolio, a foundational piece of our business! Within this senior leadership role, you will manage the publisher development team, oversee strategic relationships development and adoption of Undertone's award winning ad technologies, manage our publisher channel relationships, and oversee the tactical media buying function
Qualifications:

? 5+ years managing and growing strong sales organizations and teams

? Strong background managing towards both tactical and strategic metrics

? Demonstrated knowledge, experience and expertise working with publishers, and strong understanding of the economics and ecosystem (SSP, rich media or other ad technology

? Experience with salesforce a plus

? Excellent leadership skills with knack for driving motivation, positive and goal oriented

? Ability to manage on-going projects and maintain momentum
