Publisher Development Manager - East Coast Medialets
THE POSITION:
This position leverages strong sales expertise and relationship building to ensure our publisher partners are fully engaged and successful with Medialets offerings. -- From intensive prospecting, accurate forecasting, solution selling and strong closing abilities, to superior multifaceted relationship management with customers through a detailed understanding of the clients business needs.

Medialets is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable business development/sales professional with the confidence, passion and drive necessary to enhance our company?s success. The successful candidate will be able to evangelize our cool, engaging and uniquely effective ad-platform to and on behalf of our publisher partners, to close and nurture publishers? mobile monetization success every quarter.
The candidate will embrace the merger of web technology and mobile advertising and have a skill set that goes beyond the traditional tech solution or media sales profile. S/he will have the ability to enable our Publisher base to succeed with their advertiser and agency business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Activities include prospecting; identifying opportunities; building and sustaining relationships; negotiating deal terms and pricing; resolving concerns; closing deals; ensuring client satisfaction and growing clients? Medialets usage.
ABOUT YOU:
You have proven success in selling rich media, mobile solutions or ad-serving and exchange technologies, and managing account strategy and developing advertising oriented solutions to client specific needs.
You have a deep passion for online marketing and the ad-exchange ecosystem, and the power it has to change the way business is done.
Ability to effectively generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base while creating scalable, repeatable transaction focused relationships.
MORE ABOUT YOU:
Approx. 5 years to a max of 8 years of experience in a Business Development or Account Management role
Experience in effectively managing a large number of accounts concurrently.
Familiarity of both the buy and sell sides of the advertising sales industry
Superior communication, questioning, listening and presentation skills
Ability to process information and incorporate feedback in an interactive business conversation
Disciplined work style with the ability to work independently and within a team
Strong team player who can wear many hats and always be part of the solution
Undergraduate degree required; preferably in business-related discipline
