Publisher Development Manager Tremor Video

We're looking for a few special people who can become an integral member of an early stage technology start-up embedded wihin a $100mm media business, which is leading the shift in the way digital video is bought, sold, analyzed and valued.
In this role, we need an aggressive publisher development manager who can develop strong and lasting relationship with publishers on behalf of VideoHub Marketplace.
Build the VideoHub Marketplace publisher development process from scratch
Develop and maintain relationships within publisher teams
Negotiate pricing and terms with publishers
Finalize and maintain contracts
Conduct margin management analyses
Collaborate with Sales to drive selling opportunities
Maintain cordial, arms-length business relationship with the Tremor Media network
Improve internal processes to drive efficiencies
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with licensing of or distribution of digital media
High energy with proven ability to build a business
Highly organized and process oriented
Experience with video, rich media or other ad delivery platforms highly preferred
