Publisher Network Optimization Manager JumpTap

Our Publisher and Network Management Team seeks a candidate who can hit the ground running and is capable of working in a constantly evolving environment. It is key for the Publisher Network Optimization Manager to understand data access languages (SQL or comparable), summarize revenue-impacting conclusions from large data sets, and provide rigorous analysis. The individual should enjoy creative problem solving and detailed troubleshooting. It will also be important for the person to trace the root cause of an important business issue upstream, even if it may fall out of his/her immediate sphere of influence. We are looking for someone that can function independently, work well with senior Jumptap executives, and contribute to a high-performing team.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Optimize Network Traffic ? analyze optimal revenue impact based on existing supply mix or through growth of additional traffic from existing supply mix
Help Manage 3rd Party Data to enhance supply optimization
Manage and build Publisher traffic that represents strategic opportunities for Jumptap, high revenue opportunities, and key benefits to advertisers.
Conduct account reviews analyze key publisher performance, optimization of ad campaigns for publishers, address any current account issues, and discuss future product/feature rollouts that contribute to increased revenue for publishers, etc.
Analyze publisher supply trends to identify key sources of traffic
Monitoring of and response to KPIs (fill rate, impressions, eCPM, etc.)
Handle inventory escalations required for active and upcoming sales campaigns
Maximize publisher?s ad network revenue
Work with analysts in ongoing performance analysis
Work with inventory manager to optimize inventory for campaigns
Identify products, features, and/or solutions to meet publisher needs and optimize profitability
Gather information from current publishers with the ability to validate and compare across publishers in the network
Required Skills and Experience:
Position requires a Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a Four-Year College or University; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
2-3 years of Business Intelligence/Big Data Analysis experience (creating conclusions from large data sets)
Ability to work with SQL and/or similar data access languages
Superior Analytical and Communication skills a must (i.e. presentation of complex data sets)
Demonstrated team-based and independent skill sets
Innovative problem solving in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong background with analytical (Excel/Pivot Tables, Business Intelligence platforms) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Success working internally/externally to effectively troubleshoot and bring issues to resolution
