Publisher Support Coordinator Intern JumpTap

You should enjoy creative problem solving. This position involves detailed troubleshooting and pursuing the cause of an issue upstream even if it may fall out of your immediate sphere of influence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Publisher Integrations/Upgrades; you will be working with the owners of mobile web sites and mobile applications to test Jumptap?s ad formats on their properties
Facilitate premium publisher integrations end-to-end
Manage integration updates to support new features
Create Accounts and Ad Spots
Manage inventory allocation changes
Provide Publisher Customer Service
Respond to publisher customer service inquiries
Responding to publisher questions including technical and functionality issues
Consolidate and escalate publisher issues that affect relationships or provide market insight
Implementation/validation of new technologies and features with beta publishers
Working on process enhancements to further scale the organization for predicted growth
Certification/testing of new third party servers and rich media
Required Skills and Experience:
Enrollment in Bachelor?s degree program (B.A. or B.S)
Previous Customer Service/Account Management experience preferred
Demonstrated team based and independent skill sets
Innovative problem solving in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong background with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with HTML preferred
Interest in doing technical analysis and troubleshooting (development not required)
Mobile advertising/publisher industry experience a plus
Website design/layout knowledge a plus
