SAY Media, a modern media company, is currently seeking a mature, intelligent, and energetic person to join our Solutions team.
The Publisher, Tech role at SAY Media is an opportunity to work within a progressive and strategic department in a dynamic job role designed to develop the SAY Media channel offering.The ideal candidate is digital media savvy, open-minded, highly self-motivated, well-spoken, and comfortable with the demands of a fluid position interacting with various departments throughout the company. The role will report to the Senior Vice President, Media Solutions and be a key participant in the channel offering strategy for Tech, responsible for developing a strong offering across the SAY Tech partners.
This position calls for the highest levels of strategic and creative thinking, a strong affinity for the craft of digital storytelling and a fondness for consulting closely with clients and internal teams. You must thrive in fast-paced and intellectually driven environment and be able to effectively partner with our Sales, Client Service Management, Solutions, Creative, and Product teams to ensure innovation and strategic excellence and to maximize the value we bring our clients and they to us.

Responsibilities:The role is compromised of six core competencies:- Driving channel revenue through providing consultative in-market sales support representing channel offering, value of SAY Tech Publishers and their audience.
- Drive success of SAY Tech Channel offering through cross-functional collaboration and evangelization with SAY partners, Sales, Solutions, Product Marketing and Client Services.
- Work closely with SAY Tech partners to develop integrated sponsorship opportunities and additional materials necessary to drive demand in the marketplace.
- Be responsible for providing direction to supporting teams creating well-packaged, narratively strong, and consistently excellent deliverables and assist in their presentation to clients
- Understand the competitive landscape â€" both SAY's and the clients' â€" to ensure that our offering rises to the top by providing clearly differentiated value to the client
- Excellent personal communication and presentation skills to articulate our offering at both top-level and detailed levels
Requirements:- 7-10 years of experience in creating and implementing digital solutions for brands, with a strong focus on strategy, partnership, and creative solutions for a publisher, agency (strategy, creative, or media) or media consultancy
- Experience assembling successful multi-part programs for large brands
- Exceptional communicator including presentation (Keynote preferred but will train excellent PowerPoint presenters) and writing skills
- Ability to craft creating marketing solutions to meet brand and SAY objectives
- Strong knowledge of digital publishing principles, marketing principles, integrated marketing, strategic planning, buying and online measurement
- Acute sense of urgency and ability to operate collaboratively and productively in a fast paced environment
