We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team as Publishing Consultants! Our Publishing Consultants contact prospective and current authors, primarily by phone, to discuss their publishing dreams and determine the best publishing package that will make those dreams reality.

We are seeking candidates with a proven sales background or candidates with a strong desire to get into the sales and publishing industries. You bring drive and motivation and we provide training and tools you need to help you succeed.

Base salary plus an aggressive commission structure based on performance

Job Requirements:



Requirements:

1 or more years of experience in a fast-paced sales driven environment

Strong listening skills

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone

Persistence, honesty, integrity, commitment and a strong work ethic

Self motivation

Positive attitude in an ever changing environment

Ability of work a core schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm and occasional overtime
