Opportunity: Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with a background in Java that can help automate our complex backend processes. The main tool we are using is Selenium (Web Driver) and we need an engineer that is strong in Java and Linux. The successful candidate will help to ensure the overall quality of care for GetWellNetwork clients and the PatientLife:)System.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop tools, scripts, and programs to implement test automation using Java and scripting languages
Develop object oriented test automation framework.
Identify, setup, test, and troubleshoot various permutations of software/hardware configurations.
Execute automation scripts to identify, log and track defects, and functional and configuration issues.
Contribute toward enhancing the GWN QA process and tools, including evaluating new automation tools.
Keep current with industry knowledge and skills by attending an event or show, pursuing training classes, and through independent study.
Become a knowledge expert in areas of the product(s).
Develop scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools as required to execute Test Plans and Test Cases
Required Skills
Skilled in designing and creating automation testing frameworks
Ability to integrate automated tests into a Continual Integration system (i.e Jenkins).
Knowledge of internet technology including HTML, XML, Javascript and web services
Skilled in Unix, Shell script and Java is required
Understanding of browsers and web based applications required
Strong Experience with Selenium Web Driver Preferred
Required Experience
Understanding of quality assurance testing concepts.
Experience with testing in a software and hardware environment.
Experience with Linux, Windows XP, Vista and Windows7, and iOS
Knowledge of JBoss a plus
Experience with Test Automation design and development (using custom code or COTS products)
Experience with mobile testing
Experience with testing at various levels (unit, functional, integration, system, load and performance testing)
