QA Automation Engineer - Selenium Campus Explorer
Campus Explorer is a rapidly growing internet start-up located in Santa Monica, CA, that is dedicated to building the web's premier college search and resource site. CampusExplorer.com offers students a suite of interactive, personalized services that enable them to be more organized and informed during their college searches. We are looking for a seasoned, full-time, on-site QA engineer who has experience building Selenium automated tests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and manage a suite of Selenium website tests.
Understand business requirements and use cases of both existing and new website functionality.
Work closely with manual QA tester to identify automation opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years professional experience developing Selenium frameworks.
Ability to develop clear, well documented, maintainable tests.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BONUS POINTS:
Experience programming with scripting languages (Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
SQL skills.

Director - Client Services
We are looking for a Director level Client Services manager. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong problem-solving and organizational aptitude. Must be a team player, thrive in a busy environment, and welcome constant change. Responsibilities will include managing key accounts while managing a current team of 4 with an eye towards long-term scalability. The successful candidate will be able to present and instill a professional image with clients, establish efficient business processes, support client needs, grow the professional development of the team, and effectively coordinate with interdepartmental managers on new partnership and product development initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing key accounts from daily communications to monthly/quarterly media planning.
Managing new accounts from sales, contract, planning/forecasting, campaign build, review, and launch.
Review campaign performance and build strategy to aggressively grow campaigns.
Training, supporting, and mentoring of the Client Services Team.
Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting client campaign performance.
Analyzing, specifying, recommending, and implementing system and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and enhance client and team satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree required.
5+ years of previous supervisory or management experience.
Must be positive, professional, and organized team player.
Possess a strong customer service ethic.
Possess strong and professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be interactive with interdepartmental Managers.
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Prior experience with "Salesforce" considered a strong plus.
