QA Automation Lead PivotLink

In this role, you?ll provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of PivotLink?s cutting-edge platform, on-demand services, SaaS web application, and mobile apps.
Responsibilities
Analyze design requirements to develop and implement test plans and automation
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of an automation framework
Automate maintainable acceptance tests using lightweight tools and test designs
Lead the QA team in all aspects of test execution
Perform manual exploratory testing on early stage code
Provide consolidated status reports for defects and test case execution progress with respect to plan
Work closely with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
Required Skills
6+ years Quality Assurance experience including at least two years of direct leading or management of QA Engineers or SDETs
5+ years developing automated test cases including experience implementing and/or extending commercial available automation tools (STP, SilkTest, Selenium, etc.)
Experience testing web services (SOAP/REST; throughput, performance under load, etc.)
Familiarity or experience with popular development and open source tools for source control, build management, continuous integration (Maven, Bamboo, Subversion), and system monitoring tools
Linux/Unix environment management and development experience required
Strong knowledge of Java, C, Web Services, XML, SQL, and Shell scripting highly desirable
Must be able to work closely with Development, Product Management, Design, Support, and other key stakeholders
Experience with Agile development best practices
Familiarity with ActionScript development and automating flash interfaces highly desirable
Excellent communication and analytic skills
Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to quickly embrace and understand new technologies
