Description:Our QA Director is responsible for managing and directing the project teams of local and remote QA analysts and Automation technicians.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in driving a QA testing team in a large scale software environment.
Extensive knowledge of QA automation tools; QTP and SoapUI Preferred.
Knowledge (with experience preferred) on different software development lifecycles and methodologies, e.g. Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, etc.
Documented experience driving a large scale software QA project, including measurable improvements in quality.
Experience in automotive software is a plus.
Ability to motivate and drive one's team, along with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve required goals.
Strong technical background with web based and client server applications.
Knowledgeable in release management and defect tracking processes.
Extensive analytic, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills and the ability to impart them to others through mentoring.
Excellent organizational and management abilities, and ability to grow management talent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
