QA Engineer LegalZoom

Were looking for a QA Engineer who is a self-starter and can learn quickly, maintain focus, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the improvement of our QA and release processes. Attention to detail and a passion for quality are necessities for this position.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Perform manual testing of web application and related backend applications and systems
Execute functional, application, regression and performance tests
Troubleshoot and work with developers on issues
Write and execute manual & automated use cases / test cases / test plans along with related user manuals
Generate bug reports and follow through to resolution
Support release process and perform production site verification testing

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in the QA field in testing commercial web applications and supporting backend systems
Knowledge of software development, QA methodologies, release process
Experience using bug tracking systems
Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server), Visual Studio 2010, VSS and SQL
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
BA or BS degree required, preferably in related field
