Rearden Ground, a division of Rearden Commerce, has built the world's first marketplace for ground transportation. Rearden Ground has developed patented technologies that automate and simplify the ground transportation management process for corporations, travel agencies, and car service providers. This exciting position offers the following:

• Opportunity to work with a small but dedicated team including members with over 20 years of ground transportation industry experience

• Develop test plan and test cases working with product managers, UI designers and developers
• Design, document and manage functional, integrations and regression test suites
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks that provide reliable and repeatable test results
• Achieve quality goals by driving testability and process changes
• Get involved in discussion and review of requirements, functional specifications, technical design of the project from the earliest stage
• Troubleshoot issues to analyze the root cause and find resolution

Technical Qualifications:

• Three years of experience in SDLC (AGILE or WaterFall) and QA methodology
• One year of experience with test automation tools and a scripting language
• Hands-on experience in testing client-side and server-side components
• One year of experience with Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe
• One year of experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Experience in application integration. Understanding of XML Schema & web services
• BS in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
