QA Engineer Vendavo

Responsible for developing and implementing test strategy, test schedule, test plan and test cases for enterprise price management and optimization software. Duties include performing all aspects of verification, including functional testing, regression testing, and bug fix verification; design automated functional and performance test cases; synchronizing test execution efforts with project schedules and coordinating tasks and resolving issues with remote QA teams.
Requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related or in engineering (any field) plus minimum 5 years' experience in QA of business software applications.
Also requires test design, experience writing SQL queries on Oracle or DB2 RDBMS; experience designing automatic functional and performance testing; test tools such as JUnit, WinRunner/QTP, or LoadRunner; experience with at least one application server: WebLogic, Netweaver, JBoss, or Websphere; exp with Windows and Unix (Solaris or AIX) systems; at least two years' experience leading projects with remote QA teams.
