Our Veeva Vault team is developing an innovative cloud-based Regulated Content Management product suite that will transform the way life sciences companies manage their critical documents and other digital assets. Think of a platform and applications that will do for Regulated Content Management what salesforce.com did for CRM. We?re looking for a QA Engineer that likes to figure out how things work and make sure they are working correctly. This is a hands-on position for delivering a quality SaaS product. You should want to be part of fast-paced team who takes pride in building great software and making customers happy. To qualify, you need: A great attitude and ability to learn quickly; Enthusiasm to help build great software products, and; Attention to detail.Responsibilities:
Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk
Use automation tools to conduct testing from the UI as well as API levels
Develop deep expertise in the product
Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules/timelines
Work with software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers in an Agile team environment
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Java or other object oriented programming language
Understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools and approaches (black box and/or automated testing) in a software company with short release cycles
Experience with test automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG - Nice to Have
Experience:
At least 4 years of QA/Development experience
Bachelor?s in Engineering/Science or Mathematics (Computer Science preferred)
