QA Game Testers will follow build notes and design documents to identify bugs or defects in games on mobile and tablet devices. QA Game Testers should be process driven, detail oriented, and love mobile games. Testers will work with the lead engineer and producer on a product team to report bugs and ensure high quality products.
Read and execute prescribed test plans and validate applications across a wide variety of devices.
Enter detailed descriptions of bugs in a bug database.
Provide additional support for applications as requested including source art asset organization.
Follow the direction of the Producer and Lead Engineer, under the supervision of the QA Manager
Focused on assuring that games are delivered on time and at high quality
2+ years of previous mobile game industry experience
Detail-oriented and process driven
Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technology
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (spelling and grammar)
Experience with a multitude of iOS and Android versions, devices, and game testing best practices
Experience with Apple and Amazon requirements
Experience with Google Play a plus
IT skills, Ability to clean devices down and install new OS versions.
At least 18 years old and able to verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
