QA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team's project deliverables.
• Develop test strategy as appropriate for each test project.
• Review specifications and develop test cases.
• Organize appropriate training sessions for the team on products and processes.
• Coordinate with developers, operations and other QA Leads in resolving bugs/ other issues.
• Coach and mentor team members on product and quality best practices

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Math/Statistics, IT, or related field.
• 5 - 8 years experience in System, Regression, and Functional Testing.
• At least 2 years as a QA Lead managing 7+ team.
• Extensive experience on testing multiple client interfaces including web, web services etc.
• Demonstrated experience on test automation and building automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of QA & SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in open source tools (e.g.: Selenium).
• Strong attention to detail, self starter, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; works effectively independently and in teams.
