?Create, implement and manage quality assurance processes and procedures
?Manage off-shore testing resources and coordinate with developers on both internal and external projects
?Develop and implement QA test plans for manual and automated tests
?Perform hands on manual testing of interactive products focusing on functional and end-to-end testing, validating that system response and output accurately reflect business ?Document any non-conformance or corrective action that has occurred and follow through to resolution
?Work with developers for test case review and to debug and troubleshoot code
?Work with business analysts to clarify requirements and build test plans
?Manage, deploy and support multiple concurrent releases through various environments
?Work with the team to continually improve the QA process and drive product quality throughout the software development life cycle.
?6+ years hands-on testing experience with client-side web and device technologies as HTML/CSS/JS, Android and iOS. Including expertise with development and testing tools as Charles, Browser developer plugins, load testing, unit testing, etc
?Demonstrated knowledge of unique attributes, features and nuances of browsers, especially last few versions of IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari
?Demonstrated experience detailing bugs for optimum communication to development team, cross-browser functional testing
?Must have strong understanding of SDLC and QA process.
?Must have strong database skills
?Must have strong working knowledge on web service architecture
?Experience in a dynamic ecommerce environment
?Experience with software development process tools (JIRA, Git, SVN, Basecamp, Jenkins, etc)
?Extensive RESTful web services testing.
?Hands-on experience in programming with Selenium RC (Webdriver), PHP or Java
?Experience in analyzing monitoring reports: (Splunk, Keynote, Gomez, Nagios, etc)
?Experience in managing/setting-up cloud based test environments.
?Performance and load testing experience
?Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
