Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated testing environment for interactive functional testing as well as performance testing.
- Individual must be capable of independent work in the full software development life-cycle within a large scale enterprise environment.
- Primary function is software testing functionality against specs and documentation.
- Work with the software development team to improve the quality of healthcare software delivered.
- Identify product defects as well as addressing need for additional product functionality in clear, concise form.
- Build and run automated test scripts to simulate functional testing using QTP product.
- Review Technical Documents generated by the Development team.
- Provide troubleshooting/problem resolution for client issues when required.
- Ability to take initiative & manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational project management abilities.
- Ability to work together as a team with local and remote teammates.
- Provide professional technical support to clients emphasizing customer service.
