QA Test Engineer Collective

If working with a team of talented and dedicated developers is what excites you about going to work, this is the position for you In this role, you will be responsible for testing the AMP platforms back end data processing system.
Responsibilities:

Test and install revisions of code for staging and production environments
Responsible for responding to tickets that internal teams create
Responsible for escalating any urgent issues to other team members
Investigate bugs
Design, manage, and document functional, regression, and stress tests to ensure our service works smoothly
Develop and execute manual and automated tests, test cases, test plans, and thoroughly document defects that are identified;
Work closely with development engineers and product development team to resolve problems;
Work on problems that require you to consider a wide variety of factors and use initiative and judgment to get them fixed
Work with Customer Support Team to investigate bug reports from users;

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience
3-5 years of QA experience
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a UNIX environment
Experience writing and conducting functional test plans
Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Jmeter
Load and performance testing experience is a plus
Programming experience in Python, Ruby or Perl
Experience working with Unix Shells



Preferred:

Large ecommerce platform
SaaS experience
Developed custom test frameworks.
