Effectively and professionally interact with customers, clients, and other employees
Communicate via email and phone with clients during implementation/account setup
Create and edit internal and external product documentation
Handle escalated support issues as assigned
Test software programs and compare to specifications and documentation
Identify, analyze, and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content
Create test cases and test data
Create and execute automated test scripts using testing software programs
Evaluate usability and functionality
Recommend program improvements or revisions to programmers and system analysts
Two-year college or technical school degree or equivalent experience and training as part of an account management, technical support, or quality assurance team
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
Ability to work without constant supervision
Basic personal computer skills and knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications
