Job Duties include:- Requirements modeling and functional analysis
- Designing effective test approach
- Writing, reviewing, and updating product test plans, test cases, and scenarios
- Understanding of UML modeling and OOD
- Installing and configuring test environments
- Test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Reviewing of installation documentation
- Diagnosing customer problems and testing product patches
- Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts
- Participate with QC leadership in defining and implementing QC process
- Mentoring junior to mid level QC Analysts
- Assume other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Two to five years working as a QC analyst in a software environment
- Considerable experience analyzing requirements a must
- Experience in producing testing documents and a deep knowledge of testing methodologies
- Technical understanding of software components and architectures
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools (preferred)
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Management (preferred)
