Qualitative Field Project Manager
As Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing field operations to deliver high quality service to the client on time and within budget. This is a critical position in our organization, and together we will achieve success when you excel in the following areas:
Managing multi-national qualitative projects: tele-depth and in-person depth interviews, focus groups, online bulletin boards and online focus groups
Liaising with clients and other departments: business development, translations, panel management and quant operations
Supervising in-house recruiters & depth interviewers working on assigned projects
Obtaining bids from field partners and recommend vendors
Researching, maintaining and developing a comprehensive network internal and external of US and international field partners
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with these field partners and clients
Providing solid working relationships with clients/moderators/researchers
Adding value as a liaison between field partners and the internal team members
Coordinating and leading briefings with field partners and answer field partner questions throughout fielding period
Monitoring the quality, productivity, and accuracy of all field work, and update the client about the fielding progress (quotas, timeline, etc.)
Proactively identifying issues that need attention during fieldwork and suggesting solutions to the client
Working with internal and external field partners to implement these solutions effectively throughout the recruitment and fielding period
2-5 years of experience in field management for qualitative market research projects (background in quantitative research is also helpful)?at least 2 of those years specifically as a field manager
Experience managing fieldwork for on-line focus groups, bulletin boards, TDIs, in person focus groups and IDIs on a domestic and international basis
Strong communication and process skills
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Healthcare marketing research background is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and able to develop proficiency in proprietary software
