Junction Solutions continues to experience strong growth and is currently hiring a Quality Analyst for our Englewood, CO office.

Junction Solutions is a rapidly growing, vertical-specific, extended ERP and eCommerce solutions company that is revolutionizing the way Food & Beverage and Retail organizations manage their entire value chain. From customer service, order entry, sales and merchandising, through the entire supply chain, into the manufacturing plant and warehouse, out to the loading dock and yard, and across all retail channels, including the web, catalogues, retail stores, kiosks, mobile devices, and more, Junctions Solutions provides micro-vertical industry expertise, software applications, support and consulting services that improve efficiencies, ensure compliance, streamline operations and help our clients grow.

The Quality Analyst will assume the role of functional product experts by participating in product testing, documentation, standards compliance and providing both functional and product knowledge to other parts of the organization. Duties include:
Work with strategy to understand business requirements
Work with developers to identify problems early in the design process
Review user interface for usability, performance, and standards
Convert business requirements, designs, and use cases to test plans
Execute manual tests and document results
Perform regression testing
Perform classic functional testing
Identify, log, and track resolution of defects
Validate and maintain documentation and help text

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
3+ years of software industry experience in functional design or quality
Understand business activities in the financial and supply chain processes
Demonstrate experience with ERP applications
Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office Tools
Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of retail, Consumer Processed Goods, or food and beverage industry
Exposure to UI design concepts
