Quality and Compliance Engineer Meraki

We're looking for a Quality and Compliance Engineer to ensure Meraki products are built and perform at the highest industry standards as well as achieve international compliance certifications. As a member of the hardware engineering team, you'll impact new product development, production and field performance. This person needs to be an excellent project manager to work with the external manufacturing partners and compliance agencies that are key to enabling Meraki's growth in production, new products and global sales expansion.
Responsibilities

Own the quality assurance processes for manufacturing
Run post-shipment quality programs
Product development champion of design-for-quality, -manufacturing, and -service
Leverage technology offerings to enhance manufacturing quality reporting
Project manage the international certifications programs using 3rd parties

Requirements

Exceptional electrical and mechanical engineering acumen
Masters in Eng or similar graduate degree is preferred
Minimum 5 years experience within the electronics industry
Minimum 3 years experience working with new products
must be able to travel up to 20% to Asia
