Quality Assurance Analyst II Allegro Development

Allegro seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst that will be responsible for troubleshooting software and testing defects as well as any modifications to ensure proper functionality.
Test software and perform analysis to ensure software products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards;
Develop and apply customized test procedures for Allegro?s products;
Communicate effectively and proactively with product managers, product developers, customer support and services consultants on software and testing resolutions;
Work under general supervision; may assist less experience peers;
May consult with senior peers on projects to continue learning and development.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology & Management, Business/Accounting or related field.
3 years of experience in customer support, quality assurance or related field.
Experience must include a high level of proficiency in RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle) technology as well as working knowledge of Web Services, messaging/connectivity and API.
