The Quality Assurance Associate plays a central role at Checkr. At Checkr you will join the small, but growing Compliance team which ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the screening process. This role requires a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and acute attention to detail. Proficiency in computer applications (both offline and internet based) is required. You will carry a variety of responsibilities, with the expectation that you will provide constructive feedback and create more efficient processes within the existing system. You will become part of a hard working, fun loving team creating a new standard of quality in the background screening industry.
Support quality assurance efforts for background check reports
Assure on-going compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive quality assurance actions
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for systematic improvement
Collaborate with the Compliance team to redefine and implement processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and extremely well organized
Process and solution oriented
Ability to analyze and make judgment calls
Comfort managing several tasks and issues in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of local, State and Federal court structures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
