Job Description
Quality Assurance Automation Engineers ? Perform all phases of software Quality Assurance and release management systems and test automation development and maintenance using interactive development methodologies, MS SQL, scripting using program languages and test automation tools. Developing reusable and reliable automated scripts in Quick Test Pro (QTP). Reviewing business requirements and software system design for testability. Analyzing, developing and identifying test cases to cover functional and regression testing. Analyzing and preparing data for testing (unit, functional, integration and performance). Creating and executing manual test cases using Quality Center (QC). Developing test plans based on test strategies. Creating and executing test cases based on test strategy and test plans. Analyzing test results and identifying issues with the scripts that do not meet project specifications. Assisting developers to complete defect resolutions. Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Documenting test plans, test cases, testing outcomes, issues and resolutions as required by the project.
Requirements - Bachelor?s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering and two years? experience in the job offered or two years? experience in Quality Assurance.
Special requirements ? Experience with all phases of software QA and release management systems, testing (unit, functional, integration and performance), test automation development and maintenance, interactive development methodologies, SQL, scripting, QTP and QC.
