Quality Assurance Engineer - Flex Automation Fortify Software

We are currently looking for a Flex Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to test and develop test automation for our Flex-based 360 Server, On Demand, and Runtime products. Responsibilities

Work with development teams to define test cases that fully exercise our products.
Identify test cases suitable for automation and developing SilkTest automation scripts.
Maintain and expand an internal test-automation platform that deploys, instruments, and attacks a large number of web applications being monitored by our products.
Work with Fortify's Security Research Group to identify methods and metrics for evaluating the accuracy of our runtime products in real-world use cases.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience developing or performing automated testing on Adobe Flex based web applications (preferably with SilkTest).
Understanding of modern web application deployment scenarios and application servers.
History of developing and maintaining proprietary test-automation frameworks a plus.
Familiarity with Borland SilkTest, SilkPerformer, and SilkCentral.
Fluency with SilkTest scripting a major plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
