Position Description:
In this position, you will bring exceptional QA test skills in both manual and automation test execution. You will work in close association with developers to develop, design, and improve test methodologies and process. Position requires strong manual testing skills and excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot quality issues before production release. This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Requirements:
BSCS and 5 years of related experience in Quality Assurance in an agile environment
Excellent understanding of Web applications and web service testing
Prior experience testing product in an enterprise environment
Good understanding of SQL and the ability to write queries
Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Javascript, shell, Perl
Load and performance testing is highly desirable
Prior experience with Windows and Linux is required
QA automation experience is required with tools such as QTP, Selenium or WinRunner
Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated tests which replicate real-world problems and defects;
Research and document defects uncovered during test execution and articulate remedy to development and other members of the QA team
Work with the QA team to improve processes and methodologies
