Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Engineer based at our Headquarters in Trevose reports to the Director of
Professional Services. The successful applicant will be experienced in multi-tasking and managing
priorities in a fast passed environment. Working closely with customers and team members this
individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of mobile software solutions by
thoroughly testing and verifying the quality of all mobile software solution deliverables.
Responsibilities
? Assist in creation of test plans and test scripts
? Perform software system test case preparation, regression testing, and analyze results
? Perform mobile, web, and desktop software validation and testing
? Test, reproduce, categorize, and prioritize software defect issues
? Write customer project specific automated regression and unit tests using JUnit
? Capture customer issues and classify as bugs or feature enhancements
? Perform device certification testing and validation
? Perform accelerated life tests on hardware/mobile devices
? Coordinate load tests and capture results to identify bottlenecks in solutions
? Summarize defects, document and explain test results in issue tracking system

Requirements
? 2+ years experience as Quality Assurance Engineer
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in a related technical field
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to interact and work successfully with customers and team members
? Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines
? Understanding of software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
? Analytic problem-solving skills, attention to detail
? Java development experience, C++ experience a plus
? Experience with Web Services and enterprise systems integration
? Experience with SQL/JDBC (Oracle a plus) and relational database design
? Experience with Adobe Flex & report development (Jasper Reports a plus)
