Quality Assurance Inspector MobileAccess Networks

Corning MobileAccess is actively seeking a technical Quality Assurance Inspector to work in Vienna, VA. This candidate will be responsible and accountable for Quality Assurance activities and technical tests of products.
The Quality Assurance inspector will report to the Quality Assurance Manager located in Israel.
Requirements: Practical Engineer Certification. Specialization in RF- preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience with Quality Assurance Engineering best practices. Certification in Quality (CQE) preferred. Knowledge of the ISO standards and their certification requirements. Experience with Safety and Health management- preferred. Experience with the following tools: NetCRM, PDM- Agile, Priority (ERP system), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently given prioritized tasks Experienced in working with testing equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Optical Meter. Experienced in working with sub-contractors
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process management, including creating CRM Case, communicating with customers when needed, generating RMA, escorting visual and electrical testing of returned equipment, follow up and reports. Test Equipment Control Handling Customer Complaints - creating CRM cases, defining all relevant information for investigation, failure analysis and corrective action. Customer satisfaction analysis and control. Quality Control of Suppliers 3rd party equipment incoming inspection, complaints, follow up and evaluation reports. Processes Control- internal audits, writing and updating procedures. Generating reports from CRM, Priority and Excel for management reviews.
