We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join the Cardlytics team! As a Quality Assurance Manager at Cardlytics you will be ensuring that our transaction-driven marketing campaigns are at the highest level of quality. You will work with Campaign Managers, Account Managers, as well as external and Financial Institution team members, and be responsible for the final quality of our targeted marketing campaigns.
? Be responsible for quality as a member of a dedicated Advertising Operations team
? Create testing plans, lead and manage new software and system releases as it relates to Advertiser Operations
? Logically perform structured and exploratory testing and copy editing, including advertisement structure, grammar, message conveyance
? Be responsible for quality checking campaign targeting, both categorically and geographically, understanding the advertisers goals
? Quickly and methodically detect and log issues and track their progress, working with Production Support team and Campaign Management team.
? Be the point of contact for external Financial Institution Quality Assurance teams making the most efficient use of their time, tactfully liaising between Cardlytics and the Financial Institution for problem resolution and process improvement
? Document and build product and process knowledge bases
? Work closely with Campaign Managers and Campaign Coordinators to prioritize and solve bugs and deliver feedback
? Map and analyze application flow for risks and provide contingencies
? Drive and innovate quality into all areas of the business
? Create and implement dedicated test suites and associated test cases/tools
? Formulate efficient strategies for testing specific proprietary software features
? Track, measure and communicate performance of Quality Assurance
? Script automated solutions to boost productivity
? Be a positive member of our team, help to maintain a great culture for our team, effectively manage a quality assurance team, and take part in other activities in the company as needed
Skills and Requirements
? Impeccable attention to detail
? Excellent copy writing and editing skills
? Advertisement grammar, structure and messaging expertise
? A strong background in Quality Assurance spanning marketing, advertising, technical or web projects
? Knowledge and experience of issue tracking/project management/CRM tools
? A pro-active and driven attitude towards Quality Assurance and ability to work under pressure
? Demonstrable ability to self-manage and be organized with a strong work ethic
? Mastery of Microsoft Office or similar
? Bachelor?s degree
? At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance function
