The Ad Copy Editor/Writer will be a key contributor on our national account team, helping us create cutting-edge campaigns.
Provide oversight to functional and regression test plans and test cases to ensure adequate coverage of internally developed software
Ensure best practices are followed to make sure product is bug free and end users have a positive experience
Provide status reports for release and project testing
Maintain QA focus on both quality and timeliness of testing
Manage staff of QA engineers to include setting goals and performance expectations, providing feedback for performance and escalating issues as necessary
Collaborate with development, project management and configuration management counterparts to ensure quality product is delivered to end users
Report and monitor defect resolution
Participate in feature and release scoping to estimate testing effort
Work closely with product management team members to ensure product delivery meets end user expectations.
Work closely with development while accurately documenting defects found during testing
Participate in daily scrum meetings, reporting testing progress and defect status.
Work with business users so QA test plans accurately reflect the end user experience.

Skill & Work Experience
Management or leadership experience in a software testing environment
Experience with testing web based software using SQL server is a must
Must be able to write and execute SQL queries
Proven experience writing and executing test plans and test cases
Proven experience debugging potential bugs to determine root cause
Ability to work with distributed teams
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Analytical skills and ability to understand product design and business needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Testing in a fast-paced agile development environment
Familiarity with tools like Rally, Target Process and TFS
Experience with JMeter or SOAPUI is a plus
7 + years testing developed software in a SQL server .NET environment
BS in computer sciences or related field is a plus
