Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Engineer will be responsible for successfully leading testing efforts throughout the software development life cycle. The candidate must have strong communication skills, customer focus and be self-driven with strong understanding of SDLC.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement incremental, goal oriented automation plans for UI and back end products
Dissect and assimilate feature and technical specifications as input for the QA process
Create and execute test plans and test cases to meet project goals
Provide test results and product feedback to foster process and product improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years automation experience with an MVC architecture
Experience driving QA process in a fast paces, agile environment
Experience contributing to successful QA projects through full the software development life cycle
Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality
Excellent verbal and written skills
Unix and Web technology knowledge required
Position requires a Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
