We build high quality systems that use a ton of rapidly changing data to provide a fast and reliable gaming experience that keep players engaged and excited. About the Role:
As the GSN.com Quality Assurance Manager, you will help improve the process and quality of the code we produce. You will manage and mentor a team of top-notch quality assurance engineers. We expect you to lead by example when working with the product and to be proactive when working with the team. The work of the Quality Assurance Manager is roughly 60% team and project management and 40% hands on testing and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for QA.
Throughout your career (which started before the first Android phone was released) you have:
Worked in QA with 3+ years in a leadership or management role
Written and reviewed test plans and test cases with a cross-functional team
Developed, documented and maintained detailed test cases, user scenarios and test artifacts
Delivered multiple simultaneous projects on-time against competing deadlines using an Agile development methodology
Expanded your skill set to include mobile and automated testing
