We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed, and experienced Quality Assurance Manager. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, including growing the team size and talents as Venafi grows. Reporting to the Director of Engineering services, the candidate should also be well versed in creating reports and dashboards. If you are a skilled and passionate manager, we?d like to talk to you.
3-5 years of testing management and/or team lead experience.
5 years of hands-on QA experience, both manual and automated testing
Experience in implementing QA and Testing best practices on test planning, preparation, execution, reporting, automation, effort estimations and metrics management.
Proven track record for high quality product delivery.
Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are a must.
Able to mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management.
Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches.
Driven, creative, and result oriented.
Experience in building testing frameworks and test automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive C# and .Net testing experience
Experience in testing C
Experience testing database-driven applications
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Experience in testing large scale enterprise products.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with open source test automation tools.
Highly proficient in Unix/Linux.
Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL experience
