The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. Our QA Specialist will:
Define and develop test plans; perform QA testing, document results, and communicate findings.
Manage and maintain QA systems and software to stay-up-to-date in the industry; identify changes to meet evolving needs and work with manager to implement.
Support investigation of fraud including report creation, research, analysis and documentation.
Respond to customer-support related inquiries via telephone and email.
Define, develop and enhance systems and processes to support business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
2+ years of quality assurance or related experience
Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills
Interest in and passion for technology
