ARGOS IS GROWING!After having met several important milestones including exciting clinical data, we are poised for new strategic objectives which will require significant new resources. We are currently searching for well-qualified Quality Assurance candidates.
SCOPE:
Develop, implement, and maintain internal quality systems, procedures, and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? May provide QA review of GMP documentation, including Item Specifications, SOPs, Master Production Records and Standard Test Methods
? May initiate Deviations, CAPAs, or non-conforming reports
? May assist in Materials Review Board (MRB) meetings
? Provide QA review and release of incoming raw materials and serve as a resource in resolving receipt or release issues
? Provide QA review and oversight for product shipments
? Review QC test sheets
? Participate as an internal auditor
? Organize initiation, receipt, and review of Vendor Surveys
? Review executed Batch Records and organize their archival
? May participate, as required, in validation of facility, cleaning methods, computer systems, assays and process as appropriate to the incumbent's skill sets
? May participate in Core Member process teams, as needed
? Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Prefer BS or Masters degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 - 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 0 -2 years with a Masters Degree and demonstrated working knowledge of scientific principles
? Strong writing and verbal communication skills
? Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
? Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
? Ability and desire to work in cross-functional teams
? Ability and willingness to be regularly, predictably and reliably at work
