Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day review and editing of mystery shopper reports to guarantee our clients receive timely, complete, clear and concise information in the reports we provide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing documents for logic, content, validity, and accuracy.
Responsible for meeting daily deadlines in accordance with client contracts.
Responsible for educating shoppers by giving them feedback via e-mails or phone calls.
Report any shopper who has falsified any data on their report.
While maintaining quality, continue to identify ways to increase reports reviewed per hour ratio.
Prioritize e-mails, respond and conduct follow-up by the close of each shift.
Communicate pertinent information to the appropriate Market Force Information departments, as needed.
Communicate with supervisor regarding any client issues that need immediate attention.
Additional responsibilities and/or projects as they are needed for the position.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to multi-task on a daily basis.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Home Office and Office Environment. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
Job consists of majority of hours worked at home/remotely and includes at least 10 hours performed over Saturday and or Sunday (weekend hours are at home). At least two (2) evening shifts after 6pm are required during the work week. Training consists of at least thirty (30) business days in the office with a trainer until an evaluation when the employee can be released to work from home/remotely on a consistent basis.
