The Position?
The systems and processes that power our platform are large, complex and move at the speed of light. We see, optimize and bid on over 1 million transactions per second. Ensuring Quality in such a fast moving ecosystem is paramount.
In this position you will be responsible for creating/reviewing comprehensive Quality of service standards, internal audit programs, and monitoring procedures.
From buying of media to billing our clients to user experience with TerminalOne, this position is responsible for relentlessly ensuring quality. The position will be to ensure compliance, quality and operational processes are functioning effectively in accordance with company policy. This platform is ever changing so this is not a set-it-and-forget-it job, there will be a need for constant proactive detection and monitoring, both manual and automated. We are looking for someone who likes to seek and destroy problems, but also has the ablity to conceptualize the issues and put frameworks in place to monitor in a scalable fashion.
The position will report into engineering but work directly with Finance, Operations and Engineering. The candidate must also be a strong problem solver and have demonstrated ability to defined and understand complex process maps and develop detailed monitoring specifications. Must be wiling to get down in the trenches, dig through data and present challenges to the team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial or policy compliance auditing. A good understanding of the web industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
Establish QoS standards and practices
Develop business and data process maps and identify gaps in Quality Monitoring
Verify, investigate and audit production processes and its conformance to expections and procedures.
Perform hands on audits and analysis of business and data processes
Study, evaluate and assess standards of equipment operations, end-to-end system, process and other related issues to ensure quality of service.
Ensure quality of service programs in areas of operations, maintenance, and services, and other areas of functionalities.
Ensure high quality of service is implemented at all levels of operations and management levels.
Research, study, evaluate and advice on all Quality controls and procedures for further improvements.
Ensure compliance of QA controls with the company's best practices and standards.
Ensure economic accountability throughout the system from bidding platform through AP/AR systems.
Requirements;
3-5 years Strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write to communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team
3-5 years SSAE-16 Auditing (Preferred)
CPA or CIA (Preferred)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of Senior Executives
3 years Internal or External IT Audit, Risk Assessment,
Bachelor?s Degree in an appropriate field
