THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Merrimack Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company discovering, developing and preparing to commercialize innovative medicines paired with companion diagnostics for the treatment of serious diseases, with an initial focus on cancer. Merrimack applies Network Biology, its proprietary systems biology-based approach to biomedical research, throughout the research and development process. Merrimack currently has six targeted therapeutic oncology candidates in clinical development.
This position will develop, implement, and support company policies and procedures related to GxP training. This will include the development of web-based and instructor lead training programs, as well as comprehension evaluations. This position will assure the scheduling of regular GxP training and assist with content of training as well as presentation.
GxP Training ? Scheduling and Performance of Introduction to GxPs for new hires and Annual GMP refresher programs
Scheduling and assistance with content and presentation of Quality Systems related training
Training Plans and Curricula: Partners with internal customers to provide support related to the training program and to identify and maintain training needs, assignments and requirements.
Delivers training related to GMPs and Quality Systems and supports others in the delivery of training.
Supports and participates in training process improvement initiatives to introduce new practices and support the development and improvements of the training program.
Other duties may include, but not be limited to, generating metrics/reports and providing support for quality systems such as deviations, change control and CAPA.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor?s degree in Education or life sciences and 3 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry supporting GxP training. This individual must be able to work well with others, but also work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills are needed to be successful in this role. Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment preferred. .
