The Vendor LG (Lead Generation) builds stronger relationships with current and potential new Quantum customers. The LG rep will focus on a specific Quantum product to generate interest and a buying vision for the Quantum product. The LG rep will focus on mid-market to enterprise level accounts that are potential fits for the Quantum products. This role will involve the development of initial relationships with key decision makers.
Make outbound calls to C-level executives to generate interest in a specific product set Manage many different campaigns while meeting and exceeding client expectations Manage pipeline of sales opportunities via our Salesforce.com system Maintain revenue contribution responsibility Provide qualified sales ready leads for the SMB team and ISRs within Quantum Plan and execute joint marketing activities
The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, sales experience, and a desire to win. This exciting position will maximize your sales skills and provide substantial financial rewards.Proven business & market development experience with deep understanding of sales, marketing, and services Excellent oral/written communication & listening skills will be necessary to present information, analysis & recommendations to all levels of employees, including executive management. Strong collaborative skills are required. Basic proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system highly desire Data back-up experience, either through sales presentations, client presentations or outbound tele-sales prospecting 5-7 years industry experience 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Keen understanding of consultative solution or value selling skills The aptitude to understand the backup and storage industry is preferred Proven performance in SMB and Channel sales or business development, teamwork and communication skills are critical Good comfort level with technical hardware & software discussions Proven track record in outbound tele-prospecting campaigns Excellent communication & interpersonal skills High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
