Summary: The Questionnaire Designer is directly involved in the development of questionnaires for new clients as well as revising and maintaining the questionnaires of existing clients. They will work closely with the Sales, Client Service, and Quality Control Departments to ensure that questionnaires are designed to meet each client?s needs. In addition, the Questionnaire Designer works closely with the Questionnaire and Crystal Programmers to ensure new and revised programs are implemented according to client specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and revision of customized questionnaires based on the client?s needs.
Provides recommendations in discussions and meetings with clients regarding questionnaire design for new and existing programs.
Develops supporting paperwork: shopper questionnaires, score keys and programming development guidelines.
Maintains all client questionnaires and supporting paperwork.
Conducts program testing to ensure that data is being gathered in accordance with design and client expectations.
Assists with the development of additional shopper guidelines, shopper manuals, etc.

Bachelor?s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor?s Degree in related field ? English, Journalism, Market Research, Communications or Survey Design preferred.
Questionnaire or survey design experience preferred.
Market Research and Retail industry experience a plus.
Must demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
