HS diploma or equivalent required, AA or technical degree preferred
Experience Required:
? Previous work experience in a detailed oriented position required
? Reagent/consumable manufacturing experience preferred
Primary Role:
? Manufacture/dispense/assemble and package reagents and or consumables in according to product work instructions
Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
? General operation of manufacturing equipment such as: manual or automated dispensing, molding, operation of manual or automated assembly equipment
? General operation of final packaging equipment such as: shrink wrapping, pouching, boxing and labeling
? All work to be performed on work orders and tracked through Expandable
Secondary Responsibilities:
? Support new production activities for the development of new products
? Provides impute on new operational work instructions
? Provide support for operational supplies for the manufacturing area
? Provide support on reagent manufacturing documentation
Skills Required:
? Ability to follow written instructions
? Strict attention to detail
? Good English verbal and written communication skills
? Familiar with ERP, and PLM systems
? Trainable
Job Knowledge:
? Reagent manufacturing
? Automated dispensing and kitting equipment
? Inventory control
? Good manufacturing practices, including clean room
? ISO 9001
